JL-215C NEMA Interface Overview:
The JL-215C photocontrol is designed to automatically manage street, garden, corridor, and entrance lighting based on the surrounding environmental light levels. It features electronic circuits with a phototransistor sensor and includes a surge arrester (MOV) for added protection. Notably, the JL-215C model outperforms the JL-205C series in terms of power factor. It also incorporates a pre-set time delay of 3-20 seconds to prevent unnecessary activation from vehicle headlights or nighttime lightning. This device is equipped with twist-lock terminals that comply with ANSI C136.10 standards and the ANSI/UL773 specification for plug-in, locking type photocontrols used in area lighting.
